Microsoft is rolling out new Xbox features to Insider testers. The updates include the ability to use custom startup animations drawn from Xbox's console history, giving players a nostalgic option when powering on their systems.

Beyond the boot animations, the test features also include more personalization options for badges, a new local search function, improved Remote Play quality, the ability to download games while playing on cloud, and clearer voice chat capabilities. These improvements are currently available only to Xbox Insiders as Microsoft gathers feedback before wider release.
