Universal Music Group announced Thursday the launch of a new AI-powered platform developed in partnership with ElevenLabs. The platform will allow users to create remixes, mashups, and new versions of songs using music from Universal's licensed catalog.

ElevenLabs, which specializes in AI audio technology, is working with the record label under a multi-year licensing agreement to build this service. The deal represents a structured approach by a major music company to enable AI-driven music creation while protecting its catalog.
