NavigateAI has raised $25 million in backing from investors including Elad Gil, Khosla Ventures, and Lennar. The funding reflects the severity of construction's labor shortage—data center projects alone now require between 4,000 to 5,000 workers each, highlighting the gap NavigateAI aims to help fill.
